Local Group

Check out comics by other KeenSpace Cadets. We may not have the readers more mainstream comics do, but we're trying!

This is one of a number of ideas that are being bandied about for imposing a little organization on the wild anarchy that is KeenSpace without losing the positive aspects of said wild anarchy. A thread talking about the justification for this project may be found on the message boards here. This page just says what it is and offers some guidelines for creating a local group of your own.

What it is: Your Local Group is the set of KeenSpace comics that you think are "close" to your own. "Close" is intentially not defined; it may mean style of humor, general theme, or even nation of origin. Furthermore, just because they're close to you doesn't mean that they have to be close to each other. This is very unrestricted.

Constructing a local group: This is easy. Just whip up a page of links to other 'Space comics, and explain why they're related to yours. (This is especially important if you're using different meanings of "related" for different comics.) It would probably be polite to email or otherwise inform the cartoonists you've included that you've listed them this way. They might reciprocate, after all. (Or they might not, especially if they have different ideas of what "close" means. Don't sweat it.) Then, post in this thread to let us know it's there.
